My grandfather came to the city when it was still being founded. So there were many plots of land and things. He had a lot of money, trucks, houses, etc. He had a huge company. He was married and had two children. He was an incredible grandfather. My father is his oldest son. He worked with him since he was 11 years old. He learned everything from him. The house, the company, and a couple of plots of land were left to him. My uncle, he was the opposite, he hung out with the wrong crowd. He went to jail. He made my father finance a car in his name for another guy, and my father ended up owing money. When my father was a teenager, he opened an internet café next to the house; it was also a large plot of land, next to my grandparents' house and a beauty salon that belonged to my grandmother. My uncle would bring drug addicts to the internet café, there was a fight, and my father had to close it at my grandfather's request. My grandfather died. My father became depressed and got divorced. My mother also cheated on him twice. I don't judge his actions. My uncle changed, got married, and now he's a real estate agent. My grandmother did the same thing. They sold everything that belonged to my grandfather; some land went to my father—the company's land, the land with the two houses (my grandparents' and my parents'), another house, and an empty lot. He started drinking. He lost his way. And worse, my uncle keeps saying it's all because of a lack of church and blah blah blah. Now they're subdividing the land, and the deeds for four plots will be issued. That's worth a lot of money, and my uncle and grandmother will probably want to claim "rights," but they had their share and sold it. My father said that when he's gone, it will be mine. I want him to get the documents in my name because I know that even if it's wrong for me to be selfish, that's what will prevent everything that belonged to my grandfather from being lost. The bad thing is that I have two younger siblings. I'll deal with them later. What matters now is that my grandma (she's bad enough that this isn't considered disrespectful) doesn't get it. And neither does my uncle. My uncle has two children. If it passes to him, I lose everything. I don't care that eight people want the land. I was the only one who knew our grandfather. Of all the grandchildren. I don't care if my grandma has to die for it to be mine. Or my type... you know what I'm implying. I know the rot I have. At 13, I paid the school principal to exonerate me from a crime. And it worked. It will work again.
